All bookings are final and non-refundable.
We understand that life happens, but due to limited class sizes and prep, we are unable to offer refunds for missed or canceled sessions.
Packages and classes must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Your spot is not confirmed until payment is complete.
Gift certificates and credits are non-refundable.
🔁 Rescheduling & Missed Classes
You may reschedule a class up to 24 hours in advance via the link in your confirmation email. Rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance is not guaranteed.
Missed a class? While we can’t guarantee makeup spots, feel free to reach out — we’ll do our best to accommodate if space allows.
🎨 What to Expect
Dress for mess! Smocks are provided, but art and play can get colorful — we recommend wearing mess-friendly clothes.
Please arrive 5–10 minutes early so we can start on time and get settled.
Water bottles are welcome (please label them!).

From time to time, we take photos and short videos during classes, workshops, and special events to capture the joy, creativity, and magic that happens here. These may be used on our website, social media, and promotional materials.
Participation is always optional — we respect every family's preferences. If you’d like to give permission for your child to be included in these magical moments:
